Strike the Planets! is an awesome game by oridio in which your job is to destroy the planets in a single punch. It is a simple game but quite challenging. All you gotta do in order to play is tap the screen at the right time and crack the planets.
There is a varying power meter in the game which represents the power in which you'll be going to crack the planets. The power meter contains a border mark. You should tap the screen when the power bar fills above the border mark, otherwise you won't be able to destroy the planet. You get points based on how much power you hit the planets. If you tap the screen when the power meter is filled 90% or more you'll get bonus points. Remember that the timing is really important in this game. Game will be over if you fail to fill the power meter above the border mark. When you go on cracking the planets, the planets will become larger and the power bar will fill faster than before. Ultimately it all comes down to your timing.
The game has three different modes: Short mode in which you have to destroy 12 planets, Long mode in which you have to destroy 36 planets and an endless mode in which you keep destroying the planets until you give up or you fail to destroy the planets. It gives your grade and total points after the game has ended .It also has a tutorial on how to play the game. You can share your final score on social media. The game contains a status section where it displays how many times you have cracked each planet, best power meter fill percentage and average power with which you have cracked the planets. It also features google play games leaderboard so that you can compete with your friends or the world.
The graphics, animations and sounds in the game are great and perfectly paired. This is a casual game and most devices will be able to play this without any lags. There are ads in the game but they don't trouble much. In the end all I say is give this game a try and you won't regret it.
