Hi all today im gonna show u how to CHANGE YOUR WEI(windows experience index)
(Note-This is for educational purpose only)
What you wanna do is download a software called winbubbles.

After installing this software open it(Run as administrator)
At first you will be present in a general tab
Go to specific tab that is right after general tab
In specific tab under tweaking toolbox click hack WEI
Then click yes
Then write the score u want maximum 7.9.
Then click modify
